Mark Krause, a seasoned executive with a proven track record in organizational growth and corporate strategy, takes over the role from Lynda Harrell, the founder of G Systems, who served as CEO for the past 34 years. Harrell will continue to contribute to the company as Chairman of the Board, supporting key strategic initiatives and operations.
Krause, who joined G Systems in 2019 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, played a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving double-digit revenue growth. His decades of experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic insight within the aerospace and defense industry paved the way for his transition to CEO.

Mark Krause, a graduate of Letourneau University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Science and Design Technology, brings decades of technical and strategic experience from companies such as Leonardo DRS, Aircomm, and Meggitt Control Systems. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
G Systems, known for its expertise in test and systems integration, specializes in designing, integrating, assembling, producing, and maintaining custom turnkey solutions for aerospace and defense programs. The company supports various military programs, working directly with the government or as a subcontractor for major primes such as Lockheed Martin, NASA, Leonardo DRS, Bell Helicopter, BAE, L3Harris, and Northrop Grumman.
