On January 25, 2024, the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office reported that 25-year-old Caylon Washington pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 55 years in prison for aggravated sexual assault.
The incident occurred on June 27, 2022, when Washington approached an 18-year-old woman leaving a sports bar in the 7th Street area of Fort Worth.
After she entered her car, Washington tapped on her window, brandished a gun, and forced his way into the vehicle, where he sexually assaulted her at gunpoint.
