The Dallas Police Department is actively searching for 37-year-old Ricardo Navarro-Carvajal, a Hispanic male wanted in connection with a murder case. Navarro-Carvajal is described as being 170 pounds, 5 feet 9 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair.
The incident occurred on May 16, 2021, around 2:30 am, at a party in the 2000 block of East 8th Street in the Cedar Crest area. Navarro-Carvajal allegedly shot and killed 32-year-old Doris Ramirez before fleeing the crime scene on a 2008 black Dodge Ram.
