On December 31, 2023, at around 2:00 pm, Irving Police Officers responded to a robbery call at a Dollar General convenience store located at the 400 block of S. Nursery Rd.
Following an investigation, the suspect was identified as 33-year-old Willie Jennings from Balch Springs.
Jennings has been arrested and charged with Robbery, a second-degree felony. His bond has been set at $10,000.
Notably, Jennings has a history of previous arrests related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence, evading arrest detention, and parole violation.
