TxDOT will perform overnight work on SH 183, SH 114, Spur 482 and Loop 12 through Jan. 6. Expect lane and road closures, with delays and heavy traffic affecting the surrounding highways, frontage roads and streets.
SH 183
- The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Tucasa Drive to the southbound Loop 12 frontage road from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, from Wednesday, Jan. 3 to Friday, Jan. 5.
Loop 12
- Southbound Loop 12 will be closed from SH 183 to Grauwyler Road from Friday, Jan. 5 at 10 p.m. to Saturday, Jan. 6 at 5 a.m. View the detour.
Detours will be marked with signage. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes when possible and to slow down through construction zones.
