Irving Police Make Three Arrests in Night of Incidents, Charges Range from Evading Arrest to Aggravated Assault

In a series of incidents on the night of December 15 and the early hours of December 16, Irving Police Officers successfully apprehended three individuals, each facing distinct charges.

On the night of December 15, 2023, Irving Police Officers arrested 20-year-old Chris Aveli Marlowe of Duncanville after a pursuit. Marlowe is charged with evading arrest detention with a vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle. His total bond has been set at $10,000.

In the morning of December 16, officers responded to a domestic violence incident, leading to the arrest of 33-year-old Kevin Jerome Myles-Turner. He was booked into the Irving Jail at 6:40 am on a charge of aggravated assault causing injury related to domestic violence. Additionally, Myles-Turner had an open warrant from the Dallas City Marshal's Office.

Later on December 16, 2023, during the early hours, Irving Police responded to a call involving an armed man assaulting an individual. Upon arrival, officers located and apprehended 26-year-old Miguel Angel Argueta-Sanchez of El Salvador, who attempted to flee on foot. Argueta-Sanchez was booked into the Irving Jail at 2:39 am and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, tampering/fabricating physical evidence, and evading arrest detention. His bond has been set at $16,000.

In addition to the charges, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested a hold on Argueta-Sanchez due to his illegal residence status in the country.
