On the night of December 9, 2023, Irving Police Officers responded to a call involving 35-year-old Kerry Charles Bradely.
Bradely was arrested for disorderly conduct and failed to identify himself as a fugitive. During a search, officers discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
Bradely also had open warrants from the Dallas City Marshal's Office for traffic violations and failure to appear in court. Notably, one of the warrants pertained to gun access involving a child.
