Irving Police Apprehend Four Suspects on December 5, 2023, Facing Varied Charges

Clinton Wesson, Eric Titsworth, Richard Oneal III and Joan Mejia

On December 5, 2023, the Irving Police Department made several arrests, each involving distinct charges.

At 3:26 pm, 27-year-old Clinton Wesson was booked into the Irving Jail on charges of resisting arrest and assaulting a peace officer. Additionally, Wesson had an outstanding warrant issued by The Colony Police Department related to a traffic violation.

Later in the day, at 4:19 pm, 24-year-old Eric Titsworth was arrested for aggravated robbery. Notably, Titsworth had a previous arrest in 2018 in Dallas for aggravated robbery and criminal trespass. The records indicated that he hails from Cedar Hill and had also faced charges of aggravated robbery in 2017.

At 3:56 pm, 41-year-old Richard Louis Oneal III found himself in police custody after being stopped for speeding. His charges include failing to identify as a fugitive and making terror threats.

Finally, at 9:08 pm, 18-year-old Joan Mejia was booked into jail for criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.
