During a routine traffic stop on the morning of December 6, 2023, Irving Police arrested 38-year-old Earlene Keanna Hubbard of Dallas on charges of displaying unauthorized items.
The arrest revealed that Hubbard had 12 open warrants for various traffic violations, including Driving While License Invalid (DWLI). The warrants were issued by the Bedford Police Department, Lewisville Police Department, Cedar Hill Police Department, and the Dallas City Marshal's Office.
The find for the displaying an unauthorized item in the vehicle is $732, but her biggest problem will be dealing with all the warrants.
