TxDOT will perform overnight work on SH 183, SH 114, Spur 482 and Loop 12 through Dec. 9. Expect lane and road closures, with delays and heavy traffic affecting the surrounding highways, frontage roads and streets.
LOOP 12
- The northbound main lanes of Loop 12 will be closed from Grauwyler Road to SH 183 from Thursday, Dec. 7 from 10 p.m. to Friday, Dec. 8 at 5 a.m., and again from Friday, Dec. 8 at 10 p.m. to Saturday, Dec. 9 at 5 a.m. View detour map.
- The northbound frontage road of Loop 12 from Grauwyler Road to SH 183 from Thursday, Dec. 7 from 10 p.m. to Friday, Dec. 8 at 5 a.m., and again from Friday, Dec. 8 at 10 p.m. to Saturday, Dec. 9 at 5 a.m.
SH 183
- The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Tucasa Drive to the southbound Loop 12 frontage road nightly, from Monday, Dec. 4 to Friday, Dec. 8, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Detours will be marked with signage. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes when possible and to slow down through construction zones.
