Two Arrested in Irving for Violent Offenses

Two individuals were apprehended over the weekend by the diligent efforts of Irving Police Officers. On November 24, 2023, afternoon, authorities arrested 36-year-old Paul Anthony Garcia, a resident of Irving. Garcia faces charges of domestic violence assault with a previous conviction, and the bond amount has been set at $50,000.

The following day, on November 25, 2023, Irving Police Officers arrested 34-year-old Charles Cameron Marsh from Trophy Club for continuous violence. Marsh has a troubling history of arrests related to violent incidents. On October 9, 2023, he was detained by Tarrant County Sheriff Deputies for assaulting family members, causing bodily injury, and engaging in continuous violence against the family.

Furthermore, on September 12, 2023, Marsh was taken into custody by Hurst Police Officers for assault related to family violence causing bodily injury. Just five days earlier, on September 7, 2023, he faced charges of assaulting a family member in the house by impeding someone's breathing or circulation, along with another count of assault related to family violence causing bodily injury. Marsh's run-ins with the law extend back to October 2022 when Grand Prairie Police officers arrested him for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
