A man was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday night in Plano.
On September 13, 2025, at about 8:45 p.m., Plano Police and Plano Fire-Rescue responded to a crash involving a white Lexus SUV and a pedestrian at East Parker Road and N Avenue.
Investigators say the pedestrian was walking northbound across East Parker Road when he was hit by the westbound Lexus. He was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries but later pronounced dead.
Police said that speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash. The case remains under investigation by the Plano Police Traffic Unit.
The deceased victim was identified as 44-year-old Milton Ochoa-Cifuentes of Plano.
