On May 15, 2023 at about 12:10am, Dallas Police and Fire Rescue responded to an accident in the 3600 block of Royal Lane.
The preliminary investigation determined the driver was traveling westbound in the 3600 block of Royal Lane. The driver crossed over Marsh Lane, changed lanes, and hit the curb. The impact from the curb caused the vehicle to crash into a house.
Two occupants of the house suffered minor injuries. Dallas Fire Rescue pronounced the drive deceased at the scene
