An Irving resident has been found guilty of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
29-year-old Daniel Cruz was arrested after an investigation by the Irving Police Department in May of 2022. The victim was under the age of 14.
Cruz received a sentence of 65 years in prison. Cruz is also an illegal alien in the United States and will be deported after serving his time if he is still alive.
