Early Monday morning, on February 19, 2024, Irving Police Officers successfully executed an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Jacqueline Adeline Berrios. Berrios was taken into custody at the 500 block of Rustic Ct in South Irving. The warrant, issued by the Dallas County Sheriff's Office, was for Parole Violation Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
This arrest follows Berrios's previous legal involvement. On March 2, 2023, she pleaded guilty to Assault in a Dallas courtroom as part of an agreed plea deal with the Dallas prosecutor. The incident leading to this conviction occurred on February 6, 2021, when Berrios assaulted a security officer by hitting them with her hand. Consequently, she was sentenced to 12 months of probation/community supervision.
Less than a month before her probation was set to end, Berrios finds herself in the Irving Jail after being booked at 1:31 am. She will be extradited to the Dallas County Jail. Berrios is a graduate of Irving High School's class of 2016 and is presently employed as an Optometric Assistant at Pearle Vision.
