On January 31, 2024, Irving Police Officers responded to a business following reports of a suspicious man who appeared homeless and allegations of indecent exposure. Upon reaching the scene, they located the suspect, who promptly fled. The officers gave chase and successfully apprehended him after a brief pursuit.
The individual was identified as 40-year-old Nero Brown Miles. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass, evading arrest, indecent exposure, and a warrant from the Grand Prairie Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Following his arrest, on February 3rd, Miles was transferred to the Dallas County Jail, where his bond was set at $3,000.
