On the evening of January 25, 2024, Irving Police Officers arrested 35-year-old Otoniel Lopez-Castillo on charges of child sexual abuse. His bond has been set at $100,000, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested an immigration hold.
In a separate case on the same day, 26-year-old Samuel Aguirre was arrested in the afternoon and charged with online solicitation of a minor. Aguirre's bond has been set at $50,000.
