On January 18, 2024, an Irving Police Officer conducted a routine traffic stop, leading to the arrest of two individuals involved in drug-related activities.
During the traffic stop, the officer discovered that the occupants of the vehicle, identified as 41-year-old Jonathan Paul Manzur and 41-year-old Kellie Lee, were allegedly engaged in illegal activities. A subsequent search resulted in the arrest of both individuals on charges related to narcotics and fraud.
Kellie Lee faces two charges of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. Additionally, she had two outstanding warrants for possession of drugs and fraud from the Dallas County Sheriff's Office.
Jonathan Paul Manzur is charged with four counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, fraud use/possession of identification items, and three misdemeanor warrants for unrelated traffic violations issued by the Carrollton Police Department.
Following their arrests, Kellie Lee was transferred to the Dallas County Jail on January 20th, while Jonathan Paul Manzur was booked into the Dallas County Jail on January 21st with his bond set at $90,000..
