IRVING, Texas — Residents are invited to donate unused or gently used arts and crafts supplies for an upcoming community swap event at the South Irving Library.
Donations will be accepted through June 4, with the Community Art Supply Swap scheduled for June 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is open to everyone, and participants can browse and take home materials whether or not they contributed items.
The event will also include a prize drawing. For each box of supplies donated, patrons will receive one entry ticket for a chance to win a 3D printer along with supplies and accessories. Donation size is based on volume, with a maximum of five entries per person.
To receive a drawing entry, donations must be dropped off at the South Irving Library, and participants must have a valid library card. The winner will be selected June 8.
