Wayne Barnard, age 55, of Fort Worth died
at John Peter Smith Hospital on Sunday, March 25, 2012. He was born December 1,
1956 in Dallas to Floyd Barnard and Ruby Walker. He was Manager of a Trucking
Business, member of the Jamestown Church of Christ, a Little League Coach and a Cub Scout Leader. On July 29,
1977, he married his wife, Joy.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Joy
Barnard-Mineola, his son and his wife, Christopher and Melissa of Van, Texas;
his son and his wife, Jacob and Kim of Fort Worth, Texas; three grandchildren,
Trevor, Nadia, and Kiley; three nieces, Leslie Coke, Amanda Barnard, and Lindsey
Grimes. He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers, Ronnie
and Harold Barnard.
Relatives and friends are welcome at the Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home, 409 N. Kaufman, in
Mount Vernon (903-537-2232), Texas on Wednesday, March 28, from 12:30 p.m. to
1:30 p.m.
Entombment will be in Mount Vernon City Cemetery. Jerry Presswood, minister, will officiate the graveside service at 2 p.m.
on Wednesday. |
