Irving Police Arrest Fugitive Wanted for Drug Dealing and Gambling Promotion

On Saturday night, January 11, 2025, at approximately 10:15 PM, a Bail Bondsman brought a detained female to the Criminal Justice Center at N. O'Connor Rd.  An Irving Police officer was dispatched to meet the Bondsman and identified 37-year-old Nikolette Dominga Gonzales of Arlington, a fugitive with a history of drug-related offenses and gambling promotion.

Gonzales was booked into the Irving Jail at 10:42 PM. Her warrants included a Parole Violation requested by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) Parole Division, as well as three charges from the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office (TCSO): Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1, and Gambling Promotion.

The charges stem from prior arrests. Gonzales was initially arrested in December 2022 by Arlington Police for drug dealing. In September 2023, Arlington Police arrested her again for charges including Possession of a Controlled Substance, Gambling Promotion, Keeping a Gambling Place, and Possession of Gambling Device/Equipment.

Gonzales has a long history of arrests related to drug offenses.   On January 12th, she was transferred to the Dallas County Jail where she remains incarcerated.  No bond has been issued at the request of the TCSO.
