Euless Police made multiple DWI arrests between New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, including an incident in the early hours of January 1, 2025.
While officers were conducting a DWI investigation in the 2500 block of SH 360, a vehicle approached the scene, prompting an officer to quickly move to safety. The vehicle struck a police car, which was unoccupied at the time. No officers were injured.
A subsequent DWI investigation led to the arrest of Patrick Blanton, who is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Obstruction or Retaliation. His bond has been set at $4,000.
