Early Christmas morning, Dallas police arrested a 71-year-old man accused of shooting another individual in Downtown Dallas.
Officers patrolling Corsicana Street around 2 a.m. were flagged down by a victim who had been shot. According to investigators, the suspect fired at two individuals, injuring one of them. The injured person is expected to recover.
The suspect, identified as J. Skinner, was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct. His bond was set at $52,500.
The case remains under investigation by Dallas Police.
