Bobby Earl Hill

On Wednesday night, December 4th, at approximately 10:00 PM, Irving Police responded to a domestic disturbance at the Red Roof Inn, located at the 8100 block of Esters Blvd, north of Highway 114. Upon arrival, five officers discovered a domestic violence assault had occurred.

The victim, identified as 37-year-old Tiffany Leubke, who is 8 months pregnant, reported that her ex-boyfriend, 44-year-old Bobby Earl Hill, assaulted her. During the altercation, Hill allegedly strangled Leubke while she was attempting to call 911, causing injury.

Hill, who was reportedly agitated with officers, tried to prevent them from speaking with the victim. He was arrested and booked into the Irving Jail, where he was charged with Assault of a Pregnant Person, Domestic Violence Assault by Impeding Breath/Circulation, and Interference with an Emergency Call. His bond was set at $105,000, and he was later transferred to the Dallas County Jail, where he remains incarcerated.
