A classic 1972 Ford F-100 Custom truck stolen from Hood County on March 8, 2024, has been recovered, bringing closure to a months-long investigation.
The Tarrant Regional Auto Crimes Task Force recently partnered with a private investigator from California to locate the beloved vehicle. The truck’s disappearance had left its owner devastated and spurred extensive efforts by local law enforcement to track it down.
Following leads provided by the investigator, the task force successfully located and recovered the truck in Fort Worth. The case remains under investigation, with no further details released at this time.
